Dan Del Monte – Owner/General MANAGER
Dan Del Monte is a highly skilled head instructor at Bronko Hockey with exceptional puck skills and extensive knowledge of individual and team tactics. He played hockey professionally for 15 years and has experience instructing at camps and clinics in Canada, USA and Germany. He brings a disciplined approach to the game with an emphasis on skill and creativity.
Dan was offered a scholarship to play NCAA Division 1 hockey but opted to play in the OHL, where he spent two seasons playing with the Peterborough Petes and Sarnia Sting. In his season with the Sting he led the team in scoring and was the team nominee for League MVP.
He started his pro career the following season in Italy before moving to Germany, where he would remain for over a decade. Over the course of his 15 year pro career he would score over 1000 career points, win 5 Championships and be a Finalist 3 other times.
In addition to his responsibilities with Bronko Academy, Dan is currently the General Manager and Head Coach for the Milton Menace of the Ontario Junior Hockey League. Prior to this position, Dan was the head coach of the Toronto Young Nats AAA team in the GTHL for eight seasons.

Paige Dixon – Hockey Director
Paige Dixon began her hockey career with the Florida Panthers hockey club in the NHL where she was hired as a Communications intern out of high school. She spent two seasons with the Panthers working closely with both the media relations department and hockey operations department. From there she moved to New York City to work as a media relations assistant with the New York Rangers, where she worked closely with the Public Relations department on team community events and public relations affairs. After moving back home to South Florida, Paige created Panther Parkway, a successful website and radio show about the Panthers and the NHL, where she became a credentialed media member for the Florida Panthers for four seasons.
Last year, Paige was hired by Bronko Academy as a hockey operations assistant to help coordinate and organize Bronko Academy’s morning program, as well as recruit and schedule Bronko Academy’s tournaments. She is entering her third year with Bronko Academy with a larger role as our Hockey Director.
In addition to her responsibilities with Bronko Academy, Paige currently works for the Milton Menace of the Ontario Junior Hockey League as the first female Director of Hockey Operations in league history. She is also a Player Advisor for Avenue Sports Management.
